Vouchers expire after 3 years if our prices rise then the learner just pays the difference in price if it exceeds the value of the gift voucher.

What’s your cancellation policy?

As you can imagine, it takes time to organise lessons so they run on time and on schedule. A late cancellation fee applies if you cancel without giving us at least a full working day’s notice. No-shows incur a fee.

To avoid a cancellation fee, we ask that you make all cancellations at least a full working day before your lesson start time.

If cancelling a test, you must notify us at least 2 full working days before your test start time.
